Returns

Not thrilled with your purchase, or it doesn't fit? No problem! You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. For a different size or item, simply place a new order as we don't offer direct exchanges.

Return Process

1. Place the original invoice and the completed return form in the box along with the unworn items.
2. Pack the shoebox inside a larger box or other protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please avoid taping the shoebox directly, as this could damage the product and reduce its value.
3. Send your return free of charge via Packeta - report code 93325465. Find your nearest branch at Packeta. Make sure you choose a branch where returns can be made. ATTENTION - NOT Easybox! NOT FANBOX! To ensure that you can return your parcel to the correct branch, please click on Branch Details to check whether the option “This Pick-up Point accepts returns” is available. You will receive a receipt after leaving your parcel at Packeta. If you choose another courier (Fan Curier, Cargus), in this case the shipping is at your expense. Stick the address received from the form in the parcel on the large box and use the address.

   Important notice

   • Please note: Our system displays US sizes, so the sizes shown on your order confirmation and invoice are in US sizing. Nike and Jordan Products: Due to Nike’s policy, we are unable to ship Nike and Jordan products outside the European Union, except for Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Customs and Import Duties: If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will be responsible for paying these fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide specific details. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
   • Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Do not bring the goods to the warehouse in person. Orders shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
   • Please allow 7 to 14 days for returns processing before you receive email notification.
4. Refunds for cash payments will be processed within 14 days. If you paid by card or PayPal, your refund will be issued on the same day your return is processed at our warehouse.

Terms of Return

• The 30-day return period begins on the day you receive the goods. Let me know if you’d like to add specific return instructions or exceptions!
• The goods must be unworn and in a condition suitable for resale.
• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
• The goods must not be damaged or devalued in any way.
